The club does not currently run training sessions, but we partner with Trimotivate Triathlon Training. Contact: Trimotivate Triathlon Coaches for details of training sessions.

There are many opportunities to be involved without racing. Volunteering is a fantastic way to get close to the action! Each event we run usually requires around 15 – 20 volunteers. Click Here to see the volunteering roles. This is also an excellent way to see what is involved in a Triathlon!

Registering for each event happens before the event, via online registration systems. Registration usually closes the Thursday before the event to allow time for the timing systems to be set up.

All our events usually have an option for Teams to Participate. They can be either a two-person or three-person team. Teams are a great way to get into the sport without having to complete a whole triathlon on your own. They are also a great way for friends to enjoy the sport together!

All our events are planned to be as safe as possible for all participants. We have Surf Life Saving at all our events involving an open water swim to provide assistance in the case of an emergency. Qualified First Aid is on hand at every event.

That depends on a lot of factors! The shorter races are over in under 1 hour (enticer), Sprints generally 1 to 1.5 hours, Standard: 2 to 4 Hours. Long Course – Up to 20 hours!! Most of the shorter events don’t have a time cut-off, but once the distances get larger, there are usually time cut-offs.

Drop us an email with your questions, and we’ll get back to you!

Like all sports, there are rules and technical regulations. The Triathlon Australia rules are here and Club Code of Conduct is here.
